Whew! What a Month!!

What this holiday season is all about...

The best toys are free and in the kitchen!

My ride home after a long trip....

I love my bath!

My first visit to the beach

With Mommy and Daddy at the beach

Going to check out the water....

I can't believe that we've been home with Taylor for a month! Where has the time gone?? Taylor is doing great and adjusting well. We have a schedule pretty much down and he seems to be on target. He is walking a few steps by himself, which is pretty amazing since he was barely crawling a month ago!! Of course, he has bruises to show this independence!! He is pretty much off the bottle and using only the cup. He loves his milk!! He is wanting to feed himself and is eating table food. I'm amazed at how much he has acomplished in this short amount of time. He's becoming quite the independent person. His temper is showing also. It must be that Latin heat!! Taylor has met most of his extended family and been on his first trip to the beach. He wasn't too sure of the water...it was a bit chilly!!

We've been to the doctor at least 3 times already and only once for a well visit. He's had an ear infection and walking pneumonia....poor baby was very cranky!! He's had lots of blood drawn and that was no fun for him (or daddy, who held him!!).

We have gotten his social security number and got his Certificate of Citizenship today! How exciting to get this important document plus a letter from the President!!

Guess that is where the past month has gone....plus trips shopping and out to eat and visit lots of friends!! We are getting into the holiday swing and will decorate this weekend. How exciting the holidays will be this year. We've been very blessed and I already have my Christmas present with me!!

We continue to keep Jane, John and Drew in our prayers. They are still waiting to exit PGN and have been at La Casa Grande since June. It's time for Drew to go home to Ohio!! Our friends Cheree and Jonah and Tara and Cherish came home this week! How exciting for their families!! We also keep the Moores and Normans in our prayers as they continue with this process. Of course, Taylor's birth mother and siblings along with Ms. Claudia and her family are always in our thoughts and prayers. They have provided us with one of life's most precious gifts.

We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!

Hope you enjoy the pictures!!
